This 1969 work is In the permanent collection of Museum of Modern Art, New York & Smithsonian Chwast's often whimsical designs appeared in a wide range of settings: advertising, animation, record covers, packaging and more than a dozen children's books. He studied at Cooper Union School in New York before co-founding the Push Pin Studio in 1954. A member of the Art Directors Hall of Fame, Chwast has works in the Art Directors Hall of Fame, Chwast has works in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Cooper-Hewitt Museum and the Smithsonian.
