Many of Frank Newbould's Works are in the London Transport Museum Frank Newbould, born 1887 in Bradford, died 1951. Designed posters for the Underground Group and London Transport 1921-1934 Educated; Bradford College of Art; Educated; Camberwell School of Art; Biography: Newbould was a prolific poster designer, whose clients included the Underground, mainline railway and shipping companies. In 1942 he joined the War Office, where he was an assistant to Abram Games and designed the series of posters with the slogan 'Your Britain: fight for it now'.
