Notes: Beautiful Pencil Signed Pair ... 1970. Balart is a Cuban painter currently living in Spain. His sister Mirta was Fidel Castro's first wife, and two of his nephews are in the US Congress. He also appeared in two of Andy Warhol's films in 1965 and 1968.
