1946 George Giusti (1908-1990) trained in Milan, and emigrated to the United States in 1939. Giusti had a twelve-year design association with Geigy Pharmaceuticals. In addition he produced several important cover designs for books, record covers and magazines including Time, Fortune and Holiday.
