1930s Many paged stapled booklet brochure with fold out poster insert with a cutaway of the "Santa Elena" called here: "Magic Carpets of Modern Travel." On August 23, 1937 The Panagra aircraft DC-2-118B NC14298 c/n 1370 "Santa Elena", fleet no P-32. crashed 20 miles North of San Luis (and thus was not on a direct Mendoza - Cordoba route). Pilots C.Pursely, F.di Cesare and a steward were all killed and the aircraft destroyed by fire. (clipper-connection.blogspot)
